this place had the worst mattress ever, absolutely not up to standards! also, the bathroom privacy was a joke, just flimsy curtains. i was hoping for some complimentary gesture due to the discomfort i experienced, but nothing. their idea of good service is aweful. almost left a better review, but just couldn’t bring myself to do it.

Santuario Playa Hotel was a delightful surprise. The lush garden area provided a serene escape amidst the bustling city, allowing me to unwind beautifully. The cozy atmosphere felt inviting, and the staff was incredibly helpful, contributing to an overall pleasant vibe during my stay.

However, noise from the nearby bars could be disruptive, making it difficult to get a full night's rest. Also, some aspects, like room wifi, could definitely use improvement for a more seamless experience.

The vibrant atmosphere near the hotel keeps things lively, especially with the close proximity to Mamitas Beach. The pool area is a great spot for cooling off, surrounded by lush greenery. Staff members at the hotel are really nice, providing a welcoming vibe. However, the noise from the nearby bar made it tough to get a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning in my room only turned on at 9 PM, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the wifi was weak in the rooms, making it hard to stay connected. The cleanliness could also be better, as I noticed old food in the fridge and no system for tidying shared spaces.
